The trip was nothing short of spectacular, thanks in large part to the outstanding efforts of our tour manager young and dynamic Mr. Shreyas Sawant. His dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to ensuring our comport and enjoyment were truly commendable. Throughout the journey, Shreyas went above and beyond to make the impossible possible. His proactive approach and meticulous attention to details ensured that every aspect of the trip was seamless organised and excuted except Zatayu which was his beyond control.From coordinating transportation to arranging accommodation and organising sightseeing activities, he handled everything with utmost efficiency and expertise. The arrangements made for our stay were impeccable, with accommodations particularly at Sterling Thekkady exceeding our expectations in terms of comport and convience. The food provided was not only delicious but also catered to diverse preferences, ensuring a delightful culinary experience for all your members. Moreover, the support and assistance extended by Shreyas throughout the tour were exemplary even helping us to take pictures. He always available to address any queries or concerns, making us feel home and well taken care of at every step of the journey. In summary, we cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service provided by Shreyas during our Best of Kerala tour.
