1. Kangla Palace:
Kangla Palace, also referred to as the Royal Palace in Imphal is like a pillar upholding Manipur's glory in the present. 5. Shree Govindajee Temple:

The Heikru Hidongba festival has a special cultural significance among the Meitei population and is performed at the moat of the Bijoy Govinda in Imphal on the 11th day of the month of ‘Langban’ according to the traditional Manipuri calendar. 7. Ima Keithel Market:
This is one of the most famous markets, with a growing reputation as Asia’s largest all women’s market. Literally meaning “mother’s market” the market started in the 16th century with a handful of stalls which is now a bustling market that sells almost everything. Best time to Visit Imphal
