Dilwara Jain Temple:

These temples were built between the 11th and 16th centuries and are dedicated to diverse Jain Tirthankaras or spiritual leaders. The temple complex has five main temples, and each of them showcases absolutely exquisite craftsmanship. On the walls, doorways, pillars and ceilings of the Dilwara Jain Temple, you can find intricate marble carvings. Achalgarh Fort:

In the centre of Achaleshwar Mahadev, there is a sculptured image of Nandi made up of five metals. The Achalgarh Fort complex also houses multiple Jain temples featuring intricate carvings.

Toad Rock:

Often known as the mascot of Mount Abu, this is a popular sightseeing spot located south of Nakki Lake. It is the product of a natural geological process occurring for millions of years, which resulted in unique natural formation in a toad-like structure.

How To Reach Mount Abu

There are multiple ways to reach Mount Abu.

By Flight: Mount Abu does not have its own airport. The closest one is the Dabok Airport in Udaipur, which is located about 185km from Mount Abu. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport at Ahmedabad is located about 221km from Mount Abu, and has relatively better connectivity. You can get a taxi from any of these airports to reach Mount Abu or book a private car. 

By Train: The Abu Road Railway Station is located at a distance of about 28 km from the main city. Several trains run between Mount Abu and major Indian cities like Mumbai and New Delhi.

By Road: Buses run by Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) and some private operators link Mount Abu with nearby cities like Jaipur, Udaipur and Jaisalmer.
